The Navigator Company is an integrated producer of forest, pulp and paper, tissue and energy, whose activity is based on state-of-the-art technology, as well as on a firm commitment to innovation and research, and to the quest for sustainable solutions. The third largest exporter in Portugal and the main generator of National Added Value, it represents approximately 1% of national GDP, about 3% of national exports, and more than 30,000 direct, indirect and induced jobs. It thus became the first Portuguese company, and one of the first in the world, to define this ambitious goal, for which it allocated a total investment of €158 million.
