Ardea Resources is a nickel, cobalt and scandium exploration and development company focused on developing its 100% owned Kalgoorlie Nickel Project (KNP) within the globally significant mining jurisdiction of Western Australia. The current KNP resource stands at 826Mt @ 0.7% Ni and 0.046% Co for over 5.8Mt contained Nickel and over 384,000t contained Cobalt and is the largest nickel and cobalt resource in the developed world. The flag-ship Goongarrie Nickel Cobalt Project (GNCP) has a maiden Scandium component of 74Mt @ 35ppm Sc and a high grade core of 60Mt at 1.0% Ni. Clear Path to Production A Prefeasibility Study (PFS) and an Expansion Study have been completed for the GNCP clearing the way for a 2.25Mtpa, + 25 year open pit operation at the GNCP producing sustainable and ethical nickel, cobalt and scandium. With inclusion of the resources at KNP, mining is a multi-decade proposition with potential for >100 years production. Aspects for Definitive Feasibility Studies (DFS) have already commenced. Nickel and Cobalt product can be tailored to any end users requirements from Precursor Cathode Active Material (PCAM), Mixed Hydroxide Product (MHP), Mixed Sulphide Product (MSP) or as nickel and cobalt sulphate.
