Adani Wilmar Limited is a joint venture formed in January 1999 by the Adani Group, a multinational diversified business group with significant interests in transportation, logistics, energy, and utilities, and the Wilmar International Limited, one of Asia's leading agribusiness groups. Adani Wilmar Limited has manufacturing facilities at 50 locations in the country which includes 27 own plants across 10 states. Its market presence is spread across 28 states and 8 union territories in the country and is present in around 50 countries overseas. We are one of the few significant organizations in India that provides the majority of essential kitchen commodities to Indian customers, such as edible oil, wheat flour, rawa, maida, suji, besan, basmati and Non-Basmati rice, pulses, soya chunks, poha and sugar. The organization has the largest range of edible oils spanning across the categories of Soya, Sunflower, Mustard, Rice Bran and Groundnut. We also have RTC foods like Khichdi and Soya Chunkies in our product mix. Moving out of the kitchen and into the personal and skin care category, we launched our first product line under the brand name "Alife'' including soap and hand wash in the personal care product basket.
