Ocelot Chocolate is a small business, based in Scotland. We are passionate about organic and sustainable produce. All of our chocolate is OF&G certified organic, and is made with unrefined cane sugar and no preservatives or emulsifiers. Our packaging sleeves are made in the UK from sustainable paper stock which is fully recyclable, and the inner film is 100% home and industrial compostable. In 2021 our chocolate sales resulted in 30,150 trees grown in origin, 33,000kg of CO2 drawn down, and 772 football pitches of rare rainforest protected. We draw and design the majority of our packaging and branding ourselves and we love being able to combine our two big loves - art and chocolate! To us, high-grade dark chocolate - like a fine wine or a specialty cheese - is up there with the most special things in the world and it is an experience to savour, with flavour notes that come in waves and linger long after you finish.
