The Seoul Shinmun Daily is the oldest newspaper company existing in South Korea. In 1904, Yang Gi-Tak who is one of the leaders of Korean independence movement and British journalist Ernest Bethell published Daehan Maeil Sinbo(The Korea Daily News) which is antagonistic to Japanese rule. It is located in Korea Press Center Building, Seoul.
