DINASTIA JATI SDN BHD (DJSB) established in January 5, 1993 under the 1965 Company Act. DJSB has more than fifteen (15) years experience serving Petroleum Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS), the leading Malaysian national oil company and its contractors (under the Production Sharing Contract), the National Power Plant (Tenaga Nasional Berhad) and the Independent Power Plant. DJSB's core business is providing offshore vessel services to PETRONAS under the Production Sharing Contract (PSC) with Shell, and other support business with ExxonMobil (EMEPMI), PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB), Nippon Oil, Murphy Oil, Talisman Incorporation and PETRONAS. With support from vessel's owners around the world, DJSB has never disappoint its client by providing them reliable vessel for their operation. Our vision is to expand our business opportunity and enhance its market position by becoming a major player and the preferred provider in provision of offshore support vessel to PSC contractors. To realize our corporate vision, in 2006, DJSB has signed a contract to fabricate two (2) super fast crew boat and another two (2) in 2009. Beside upstream business DJSB also provided services for downstream companies such as MLNG Tiga Sdn Bhd, PETRONAS Methanol, PETRONAS Gas Berhad, Polyethylene/Ethylene Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Asia Bintulou Fertilizer and Optimal Chemical (M) Sdn Bhd.
