Southern Cross Gold Consolidated a TSXV/ASX listed gold antimony exploration company. It owns 100% of the world class Sunday Creek gold antimony project, a shallow orogenic (or epizonal) Fosterville-style deposit located 56 kilometres north of Melbourne and contained with 19,365 hectares of both granted and applied for exploration tenements. It is also owns 100% of the Redcastle project located 2 kilometres along strike from Mandalay Resources’ Costerfield mine exploration tenements and on a parallel north-south structure and 24 kilometres east of Kirkland Lake Gold’s Fosterville mine – two of the world’s highest grade gold. Southern Cross Gold also holds a strategic 6.7% shareholding in ASX listed Nagambie Resources Ltd (Nagambie) and, with that, a right of first refusal to take up or match proposals being considered over a competitive 3,300km2 tenement package in central northern Victoria held by Nagambie. Southern Cross Gold also holds five exploration prospecting licences for 785km2 of granted exploration licences in the Cloncurry district of Mt Isa, over a combined 60 kilometres of strike, and is surrounded by South32 Ltd and Sandfire Resources Ltd.
