IFK Helsinki (HIFK) is a historic multi-sport association based in Helsinki, Finland, founded in October 1897. It is the oldest continuously operating IFK organization in Finland and operates as a nonprofit. HIFK offers a variety of sports programs, including ice hockey, football, bandy, handball, and athletics, with approximately 3,000 members. The association has a strong presence in ice hockey, competing in the SM-liiga since the 1966-67 season and winning seven national championships, the most recent in 2011. HIFK's football section has been active since 1908 and has produced Olympians.
