Oxyle is a Swiss-based water treatment company founded in 2020, specializing in the permanent destruction of PFAS, commonly known as "forever chemicals." The company utilizes an innovative catalytic PFAS destruction technology that employs a nanoporous catalyst activated by mechanical energy. This method effectively oxidizes and eliminates PFAS from industrial and municipal wastewater, achieving removal levels below detection limits without generating secondary waste. Oxyle's technology is energy-efficient, consuming about 15 times less energy than traditional methods. Its modular design helps reduce operational costs and eliminates the need for expensive waste disposal options like incineration. The system also features real-time monitoring capabilities, ensuring compliance with discharge regulations and optimizing treatment efficiency. Oxyle serves various industries, including chemical manufacturing, consumer goods, semiconductor production, and municipal water treatment facilities, with a mission to treat 100 million cubic meters of contaminated water over the next five years.
