Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) is a real estate development company undertaking the world's second largest real estate project, the development of Qiddiya, the capital of Entertainment, Sports and Culture. As a core tenet of Vision 2030, Qiddiya will create a world-class entertainment destination to attract international and domestic visitors contributing to KSA's aspiration of boosting the entertainment sector, quality of life and tourism ambition. Qiddiya's 360 sq.km+ site located south-west of Riyadh will enable visitors and residents alike to enjoy family-friendly theme parks; international sports venues; concert and entertainment venues; racetracks and grandstands for motorsport enthusiasts; outdoor and adventure activities; and historical, cultural activities. With a dual economic and social purpose, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, announced the sovereign wealth fund (PIF) owned project, Qiddiya, on April 7, 2017.
