Moncon Group LLC has been established to provide construction management services and to operate in the real estate market in 2010. Moncon Group LLC is gradually expanding its scope of operations through the operations of its subsidiaries, such as design developer, EGE LLC, construction company, Moncon Construction LLC, Real estate agency, Moncon Properties LLC, Interior design and decoration, Tsets Uran LLC. The group employs 32 management and administrative, 46 engineering and technical, over 300 construction staff. Besides its contributions to the construction development of Ulaanbaatar city, Moncon Group is taking part in Ger Are Re-development program under implementation by the Master planning department of Ulaanbaatar city, and intends to improve comfortable living and working environment for the many people. Within the scope of the program, the company will implement a housing project in 15,2 ha area of ‘Denjiin myanga', some precincts in Chingeltei district. Regarding the ongoing projects, the company plans to commission a 185 household apartment, the first section of ‘Comfort' town, which was financed by domestic investments, in the first quarter of 2015. Moncon has contracted to complete the construction of Water Treatment Facility with the capacity of 20000 m3 (in Ulaanbaatar) in 2015, in cooperation with HNC LLC registered in the Republic of Turkey. In addition, the company is contracted to provide earth work and transportation services to be used for the supply of ballast in upper structure, UHG – GS Railway development project, one of mega projects in Mongolia.
