CACESA tech & logistics is an international company headquartered in Madrid, owned by a group of Spanish investment funds. It was founded in 1987 by Iberia Airlines, which conditioned our initial development and history: CACESA was (and still we are) a freight forwarder and courier company focused on the air cargo from/to Latin America. In 2015 we inaugurated our e-commerce area, where we offered two different services: • E-commerce packets from China to Latin America, via Madrid • E-commerce packets from China to Spain and Portugal The evolution of Cacesa´s e-commerce services has been exponential: 50.000 packets in 2015; 1 million packets in 2016, 3M in 2017, 7M in 2018, 34M in 2019, 74M in 2020, 132M in 2021. Our forecast in 2023 is to beat again our record and reach +150 million packets. We are EU-leader in customs clearance. However, the company has changed dramatically since 2015 in its service portfolio as well as in its geographical expansion. Besides Spain , Cacesa has its own offices and staff in Belgium, Poland, United Kingdom, Netherlands, France, Turkey, Hungary, Morocco and Serbia. In terms of portfolio, we cover: 1. B2B2C services for e-commerce 4. E-commerce fulfilment in Madrid 5. Bonded fulfilment for e-commerce in Morocco and Serbia 6. Terminal handling, customs clearance and last mile for B2C e-commerce from China to Latin America 7. E-commerce truck connections among EU-UK-Turkey-Serbia-Morocco hubs The secret to handled such a huge number of shipments is own technology to run our ecommerce operations. Our self-built ERP integrates customs, fulfilment operations, last mile, track & trace or customer service in a single platform. We developed our own Artificial Intelligence robots to perform key operations with 0-mistakes.
