We're extremely well versed in the running and delivery of such projects and have been actively involved in assisting Building Owners with this particular issue since late 2017 under the then WalkerBai banner. Our original services offering was limited to Architectural/ Lead Consultancy and Project Management. This has since been expanded to include Façade and Structural Engineering, ESD, and Quantity Surveying. This setup makes for a highly coordinated in-house process offering our clients a consolidated, near one-stop-shop solution. It is the premise on which our name is based.
