Osus Real Estate is a Saudi Real Estate Development Company based in Riyadh. Founded in 2006, we endeavors to craft profitable and iconic projects ranging from residential, commercial, and raw lands. In 2022, we successfully delivered 11 residential and retail projects with a total land area of 51,000 m2 and more than 130,000 m2 built-up area. The current projects' portfolio size exceeds SAR 4 billion, with more than 25 projects in diverse sectors with a total land area of 700,000 m2 and more than 750,000 m2 built-up area.
