Our fully proprietary algorithm combines bespoke machine learning models with statistical rules-based approaches to discover meaning. The algorithm works on data that recruiters routinely capture in their applicant tracking systems (ATS). Axon is a very powerful tool and is designed to support recruiters by automating the job to candidate matching part of the process, not to remove recruiters from the process. It's like having the worlds best researcher working for you. Axon is in working beta mode and rapidly proving itself in real-world recruitment situations.
