MedCoShare offers a flexible alternative to traditional office space leasing. With us, you can choose your own practice schedule without long-term commitments. Our first location is in the dynamic Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia, and our second facility is in Marlton, New Jersey. Last year, we opened in King of Prussia, and recently, we opened our fourth location in Pearland, Texas. The healthcare landscape is evolving, and practitioners must adapt. Many healthcare providers do not want to be bought up by big hospital systems and prefer the flexibility to practice on their terms. At the same time, the cost for quality medical space has been rising, and practices are forced to sign long leases with restrictive terms. In addition to space, we have a services division to help private practices start and grow. With marketing, staffing, billing/scheduling, and credentialing support, we are a one-stop shop for private practices. We're also fundraising for a Seed Round.
