Each inspector is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) as well as the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) allowing us to perform both the Home Inspection and Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) inspection. Each Home Inspection adheres to the TREC Standards of Practice and the WDI inspection is performed in accordance with the official inspection procedures of the TDA.
