WiZiU is a hotel management platform that operates under the Covivio group, focusing on hotel operations in France and Belgium. The company manages hotels through direct management and franchise agreements with major international hotel groups, including Accor, Hilton, IHG, and Marriott. WiZiU oversees the entire hotel management cycle, which includes strategic repositioning, brand changes, targeted investment programs, and operational optimization. Currently, it manages 24 hotels across 9 cities in France and Belgium, totaling 3,090 rooms with a property value of approximately €500 million by the end of 2024. The hotels cater to a diverse clientele, from business travelers to tourists, and span the 3 to 5-star segments. In 2024, WiZiU plans to integrate 14 new hotels as part of its expansion strategy, which aligns with Covivio's portfolio growth. The company has also strengthened its leadership team with Estelle Seguin as the new General Director, bringing 20 years of hospitality experience to drive operational growth and partnership development.
