China Construction (S.E.A) Co., Ltd. with headquarters located in Phu My Hung new urban area District 07, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam is the subsidiary corporation of CHINA CONSTRUCTION SECOND ENGINEERING BUREAU LTD. It has branches of China Construction (S.E.A) (Cambodia) Corporation Ltd., and CSCEC International Construction & Engineering (Malaysia) Sdn.Bhd., and Pre-stressed Concrete Sheet Pile Fabrication factory in Long An Province. It is a comprehensive international construction contractor with management of civil works, industrial and transport construction, design and consultancy, construction equipment leasing, commercial concrete trading, steel framework design, and construction. We came into Vietnam in 1992 with more than 20 years of development and management, being the largest Chinese project contractor in Vietnam with an accumulation of contract value of 20 billion Yuan. We have business in Vietnam all around, Kuala Lumpur and Johor in Malaysia, and Phnom Penh in Cambodia. Setting our market plot towards INDONESIA, BRUNEI, MYANMAR, and LAOS, we are the representative of CHINA CONSTRUCTION in South-East Asia of its global market. China Construction Engineering Malaysia Sdn Bhd was established in Malaysia on years 2013. Since then, our company has had various site projects throughout Malaysia which including Kuala Lumpur, Pahang, Seremban, Melaka & Johor. By the development strategy of marketing resource concentration, we set Kuala Lumpur and Johor as priority areas and are constructing the Golden Gulf project right now which is part of the Second Home Plan of Country Danga Bay.It becomes an important contractor of the Danga Bay project of Country GardenGroup by efficiency and honesty. Our projects include Pantai 2 Sewage Treatment Plant, The Rise Residence and Resort Project and Country Garden Central Project and Danga Bay Project in Malaysia, and others.
