The Anglia Revenues Partnership (ARP) is a group of five district/borough councils working together to provide a shared service to the residents under: Breckland District Council East Cambridgeshire District Council East Suffolk Council Fenland District Council West Suffolk Council The ARP was created in 2003 and as well as saving in excess of £2,500,000 each year, has provided significant improvements in service delivery. Our primary focus lies in the following areas: Billing and the collection of Council Tax Billing and the collection of business rates (National Non Domestic Rates) The assessment and awarding of Housing Benefit The assessment and awarding of local Council Tax Reduction schemes The investigation of benefit fraud The ARP also provides an enforcement agency service (bailiffs) which was launched in July 2015 for all five councils. This allows us to manage costs effectively and put any income back into service delivery whilst ensuring a fair and efficient service to all our customers.
