The company operates several mines, including the Trojan Mine in Bindura and the Shangani Mine, as well as the Hunters Road Project. BNC is involved in the exploration, extraction, processing, and refining of nickel, copper, and cobalt ores. Its products include nickel cathodes, copper sulphide, and cobalt hydroxide. The company also owns smelter and refinery complexes in Bindura, which are currently under care and maintenance.
