The International Cleantech Network (ICN) is a global network of cleantech clusters established in 2009, with its roots in Denmark. It aims to be the leading network for high-performing cleantech organizations worldwide. ICN focuses on creating value for its stakeholders by enhancing their competitive advantages through international collaboration. ICN offers a range of services to its members, including internationalization support, partnership building, and funding opportunities. It facilitates connections between companies and project owners globally, promotes innovation through access to R&D institutes, and supports project development by helping members form consortia for joint applications. Knowledge sharing and capacity building are also key components, enabling member organizations to expand into new regions effectively. With over 7,000 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and more than 250 universities as members, ICN fosters a collaborative environment that enhances global competitiveness and facilitates international partnerships.
