Abilitree is a Public Health focused nonprofit and Center for Independent Living based in Central Oregon. They connect people with disabilities and Oregon Health Plan (OHP) members to resources, tools, and support that build resilience and independence. Their team of Traditional Health Workers (THWs) provides personalized empowerment, public health action plans, and ongoing check-ins. Abilitree also works to improve public health systems and make communities more accessible and inclusive.
