The Association Ille et Vilaine Mopti, established over 30 years ago, facilitates decentralized cooperation between the Conseil Départemental d’Ille et Vilaine and the Conseil Régional de Mopti in Mali. It mobilizes civil society and organizes training for associations and cooperatives in the Mopti region. The association supports its member structures in implementing various projects aligned with local needs and development plans. These projects include educational initiatives, hydraulic projects, market gardening, and education for citizenship and international solidarity.
