Who we are: We are service providers for HypoVereinsbank – UniCredit Bank AG. Together with our partner, UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions S.C.p.A. (Branch Germany), with 9 locations in Germany, as well as offices in London, Singapore, Milan and New York, we are available to our customers across national borders. Our head office is located near Munich in Unterföhring. Our company was created out of subsidiaries and departments of HypoVereinsbank within the last few years. Since 1 August 2011 we are UniCredit Global Business Services GmbH, with over 700 employees. Where we belong: We are a 100% subsidiary of HypoVereinsbank – UniCredit Bank AG and therefore, part of the UniCredit Group. What we do: We offer our customers services in the areas of real estate management, purchasing, HR Shared Service Center, cash monitoring and middle office. In addition, with our 100% subsidiary, HVB Secur GmbH, we take care of the integrated enterprise security.
