International Federation Of Societies Of Cosmetic Chemists

The International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists (IFSCC) is the only global organization devoted to cosmetic science. Its 17,000+ Members work as cosmetic chemists, academics, raw material suppliers, and finished good producers. Founded in 1959 the IFSCC now has 48 Societies in 78 Countries. Its goal is to promote the global exchange of information, and to foster the development of professional relationships, among individuals working in cosmetic chemistry. The IFSCC Congress is the highlight of the year — the world's most important annual scientific event in cosmetics. Over 1,300 attendees come together to share the latest advances in cosmetic science and shape the future of the industry. Anyone who is a Member of their Country's Society of Cosmetic Chemists is automatically a Member of the IFSCC, provided that their Society belongs to the IFSCC.
