The MA in History and Philosophy (MAHP) is a 60-credit program in collaboration with Kathmandu University. It aims to provide a curriculum tailored to Himalayan and Southasian socio-ecological realities, preparing context-sensitive, professionally competent, and socially committed graduates. The program focuses on three thematic streams: History and Philosophy of Society, Technology, and Environment. It seeks to enhance critical understanding of Southasian populations and communities, experiment with collective strategies, and promote sustainable and equitable societies.
