PatentEnter is a company registered in the Chamber of Patent Attorneys of the Czech Republic and is authorized to provide full-scale patent attorney services. Together with our team we help large and small enterprises, start-ups, and academic institutions to protect their new ideas. The company was founded by Ivan Lukšíček and Michal Jordán, patent attorneys who have long-term experience in the field of intellectual property protection. Our services in the field of technological innovations include, for example, patentability searches, freedom to operate analyses as well as filing and prosecution of patent applications. We also secure registrations of trademarks and industrial designs, enforcement of granted rights and setting up the related contractual relationships. Thanks to a network of cooperating offices, we provide our services in the field of intellectual property protection worldwide.
