The company was founded in 1993 in St. Petersburg. Lenta has more than 9.0 million active loyalty cardholders and approximately 93% of all sales in Lenta stores are tied to our loyalty card. Lenta’s largest shareholders include TPG Capital and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, all of whom are committed to maintaining high standards of corporate governance and responsibility.
