I work with people and businesses to help them grow and thrive. I'm a BACP registered counsellor and a qualified coach. I offer counselling, coaching and well-being support - in person or online. Right at the heart of everything I do, is my belief that, given the right environment, everyone has the power to make changes and to grow. I’m here to help create that space and to support people. I offer the following services: COUNSELLING SERVICES | Counselling helps you process bottled up feelings and emotions that are affecting your overall health and wellbeing. It offers a space and opportunity for you to explore and understand aspects of you that are bothering you. It can empower and help you to take control of your life. EMPLOYEE WELLBEING SERVICES | Supporting the mental health and wellbeing of your employees can help combat stress in the workplace and, also, create a supportive working environment where people want to work and are better enabled to be productive and do their best. WELLBEING GROUPS & CLASSES | Wellbeing groups bring like-minded people together in a space where the pressures of day-to-day life evaporates, no judgement are made and a journey of self-awareness and understanding is shared. I’m an registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and bound by its ethical framework for good practice and professional conduct. I always treat my position of trust seriously, as a privilege and with gratitude.
