MQindex (Market Quality Index--MQi) is a startup business, a globally-oriented, innovative new concept Retailer Trade Area (TA) Information Search service. The goal of MQi is to help: 1) The existing Small/Mid-sized retailers effectively operate their stores and 2) To-Be retailers (planning to open new stores) successfully locate their new store sites by providing the necessary key TA information in an actionable decision support mode, online via easily accessible-and-use Mobile/PC; and its Search results in the AI-based voice interactive Q/A mode of two-way communications in addition to the standard written form, *for instance-- verbal answers to simple verbal questions like: **How good is our location for our Bakery shop? Its market potential? Our key customer groups, some key characteristics, etc. based on the analyses of Census/product surveys, plus other relevant data, later on including the MQi User-provided transaction data managed applying the BOLOKCHAIN concept, for a small nominal cost like US$10. **MQi shall greatly change ways in which the S/M sized retail stores do their business* Our business team is formed by the optimally qualified experts. We have prepared all necessary service methods/contents, and the MQi system specifications working for past 3 years. Currently, a full-scale prototype MQi system is being developed in India with our partner in India. The MQi service can be launched in 4~5 months once we start to develop the main MQi system upon securing the needed fund.
