Universal Self Storage Funds Management (USSFM) is a funds management business focused solely on the self storage investment market. It was established in 2014 to leverage off the substantial industry expertise of its founders to source and develop investment opportunities in global self storage markets. USSFM's founding principals, Jonathan Perrins and Robert Gregg, have over 35 years experience in all facets of the acquisition, development, ownership and operation of self storage centres in Australia and in international markets. USSFM currently has approximately $200 million of self storage centre investments under management and is continuing to source and develop opportunities in the self storage industry to suit local markets. USSFM and its associates seek to invest alongside investors in each of its funds and are actively involved in the management of these investments through leadership of the respective governance bodies.
