We are extremely busy trying to fulfill our responsibilities in our roles of a husband or wife, parent, son, daughter, and employee, flitting about to do our best, each in our capacities. Our quest for finding our fundamental self is always shadowed by our responsibilities towards relationships. We are known by our multiple identities, each come with expectations defined by society. Therefore, most of us find ourselves stranded trying to find our real selves, outside these roles. When we find our true selves, only then can we realize our values, motivation, passion, goals, and beliefs, unencumbered by social diktat. Where is the key to unlocking that self? By simplifying the clutter, we can declutter our minds. We all have the key with us. As a life coach, I just help you find it.
