Tung Lok Group, established in 1984, is Singapore's leading restaurant group with more than 40 restaurants in Singapore, China, Japan, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Its restaurants, renowned for its quality and distinctive character, offer a variety of cuisines such as Cantonese, Northern Chinese, Vegetarian, Seafood specialities, Western, Japanese, and trendsetting Global Chinese cuisine, executed by talented and award-winning masterchefs. Besides restaurant operations, through both ownership and licensing agreements, the multi award-winning Group also manufactures high quality products such as gourmet dim sum for its restaurants, and nian gao for Chinese New Year.
