HOME SAFE HOUSING is a registered housing charity that provides proper homes at affordable rents through the housing teams of affiliated local authorities. Home Safe Housing was conceived by Prowgress, a Hague based social impact fund and UK Structured Finance, a social investment banking boutique, to deliver affordable homes across England. Both Prowgress and UKSF are ‘Social Entrepreneurs’ who seek a capped fee based return for the provision of social good. The partnership has resulted in the current Home Safe delivery team (which also includes a raft of professional advisors from property, legal and financial worlds). Home Safe Housing operates all over England. We are always extending our local authority partnerships and are currently acquiring homes in over 20 Broad Rental Market Areas, including most in London and many in Essex, Kent, Surrey and Sussex. We do not own any studio flats, but can consider any property with at least one separate bedroom.
