AC Industrials was Ayala’s holding company for its investments in industrial technology. It built on the collective strengths of Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc., a pioneering manufacturer in the Philippines and a globally leading EMS provider worldwide, and AC Automotive, the country's largest multi-brand dealership group and a leading Philippine vehicle distributor that carried up to seven brands. Active from 2016 to 2023, AC Industrials actively pursued investments as part of its strategy to assemble a portfolio of businesses that develop, enable, manufacture, and commercialize automotive and other industrial technologies. AC Industrials has since rationalized its portfolio, with IMI returning to become a directly managed subsidiary of Ayala Corporation and AC Automotive transforming into ACMobility, which aspires to lead the transition to electric mobility in the Philippines.
