If an elephant can paint, you certainly can too. It's easier than you think. We have bisque pottery that puts the fun in functional for kids of all ages. Choose from over 50 colors and specialty glazes to make your piece truly unique. Explore our idea books, bring in your own ideas, or take a class. Custom painting is available and is quoted on a case-by-case basis. Fun for kids of all ages We can help you plan a child's birthday, a bridal shower, girls' night out, or other special event. Whether you're a true artist or creatively challenged, we have the techniques and tools to create a piece that will make you proud. About Us If An Elephant Can Paint was established in the Edison Park neighborhood in 2003. We've enjoyed seeing our young customers grow up and become our employees. Owner/Artist Vicky Bellisario started decorative painting at age 10. After studying art all through high school, she went on to receive a degree in graphic design from the Ringling College of Art and Design. After nine years in publishing, she decided that the corporate life was not for her and returned to her love - painting. Today, Vicky is exploring mixed-media, from polymer clay and glass to receiving Art Clay Silver level one certification. The certification has enabled her to assist the Kalo Foundation in their community outreach, educating high school students about the rich artistic heritage of Park Ridge. Vicky just can't get enough painting, she paints faces too! You can add face painting to your birthday party at our studio, or you can find her at Chicago Wolves Fun Fest.
