Domaine de Cabasse, managed by Anne and Benoit Baudry, extends over 34 hectares at the foot of the picturesque village of Séguret and produces elegant and structured wines in the Gigondas, Séguret, Sablet, Côtes du Rhône and IGP Méditerranée appellations. After 11 years, they passed on the hotel-restaurant to concentrate on the wine estate. Their son Corentin, winemaker and pianist, has been in charge of winemaking since 2023, bringing his musical sensitivity to the production of the wines. The Baudry family works with love and passion to enhance the exceptional terroirs of the HVE certified vineyard currently undergoing organic conversion. The estate offers a range of 9 wines in 3 colors, Gigondas marc and olive oil.
