Poli Distillerie Srl is a family-owned artisan distillery established in 1898 in Schiavon, Italy. Renowned for its grappa production, the company has been managed by four generations of the Poli family, currently led by siblings Jacopo, Giampaolo, Barbara, and Andrea Poli. The distillery specializes in crafting grappa from fresh grape pomace sourced from local vineyards, using traditional methods with an ancient copper alembic still. In addition to grappa, Poli Distillerie has expanded its offerings to include Distilled Gin Marconi 46 and an Italian whisky named Secretary of State. The company also operates the Poli Grappa Museum in Bassano del Grappa, which showcases the history of distillation and features the largest collection of historical grappas in Italy. Poli Distillerie serves both domestic and international markets, catering to grappa enthusiasts and consumers seeking high-quality artisanal spirits.
