The Sunlight Foundation uses cutting-edge technology and ideas to make government transparent and accountable. That's our mission, and to accomplish it, we've created a non-partisan, non-profit organization based in Washington, DC that focuses on the digitization of government data and the creation of tools and Web sites to make that data easily accessible for all citizens. It's a simple concept, but it's a very big job, and we are working with you to meet the challenge on every front.
