IHT's Spirit System is implemented in physical education and physical activity programs in schools or home-schooling environments to optimize and track student activity, while correlating to academic, attendance and social-emotional success from K-12. The goal is to empower young people to take ownership of their health and well-being through heart rate training, holistic curriculum, journaling and assessment, while empowering teachers and parents to provide continuous coaching and support.
